Le 22/12/2009 à 15:26News (in English...) 2009KINGSTON: In October, Make Wetmore disclosed that sprinter Tyson Gay successfully completed surgery on his injured groin.
Gay, the 100 metres world silver medallist, underwent a minor surgery on both sides of his groin in Philadelphia on October 23rd, 2009.
"The doctor (William Meyers) was really, really happy with the surgery and Tyson should start walking today," Wetmore said on October 24, 2009.
However, on his visit to Jamaica on Sunday, as a special guest at Asafa Powell's benefit Concert where he also met Usain Bolt, Gay explained the surgery and the impact it will have in the upcoming season.
